Our life-saving first responders work hard every day - putting themselves through extreme physical exertions, and often risking their lives in the process. These dedicated people deserve nothing but respect when they come to us seeking medical care; and because of this, we make sure to take care of them as quickly as possible.

Our expedited VIP care provides them with a sense of empowerment and comfort which helps guide them towards getting back up on their feet again - so that they can continue doing what it is they love most.

Ready Rebound program guides our heroes through a new healthcare system based on the same sports medicine approach pro athletes receive and it's designed to get them back on their feet in no time at all—whether their injury was sustained during the course of duty or not.

When it comes to being there for our members through thick and thin, we're all-in—whether they are the ones who need care or someone else close to them.

 

  • As part of our investment in supporting all our heroes do each and every day, immediate family members also are eligible to use our services when they get injured. When it comes to our philosophy of service for our members, we're all in!

  • Our highly trained Navigators are here to support our heroes and make sure they are connected with the best healthcare providers in the area - no matter what treatment options will work best for them.

  • Providing day-to-day guidance, our advocates make all the appointments, keep track of paperwork and keep the stakeholders informed about what's going on.

  • Our members will typically see a specialist within 48 hours and get a diagnosis within 72 hours of making that first phone call. They also get VIP scheduling for appointments and procedures.

  • Our handpicked sports-medicine trained partner doctors and therapists are the best in the region. They're dedicated to treating patients with urgency and getting them back at work healthy and ready within weeks - not months or years.

  • Pro athletes bounce back from injury quicker because there are experts who know exactly how to heal them. Now, we bring that same knowledge and quality of care to our members.
