Provider Network Specialist
The Provider Network Specialist (PNS) is responsible for identifying and engaging with physicians and therapists who will participate in the Ready Rebound Provider Network; agreeing to evaluate and treat our members in an expedited and exquisite manner. The PNS will be tasked with vetting, onboarding (initial training) and data entry/documentation for each provider added to the Ready Rebound Network. Routine correspondence with participating providers is expected and necessary to maintain the effectiveness of the process.

Xperience Executive
We are looking for two talented individuals to join our team: one based in the Midwest and the other on the West Coast.
Xperience Executives are responsible for increasing Ready Rebound sales among all divisions by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, training sessions and presentations. Ready Rebound Xperience Executives also provide existing customers with exceptional and exquisite support. Navigator
The Navigator is primarily responsible for addressing the emergent needs of injured Rebound Members and assisting them with obtaining an expedited appointment with a Rebound-approved provider within 24-48 hours from the time of contact.
NAVIGATOR, contractor (1099)
- Remote/in-person
- Hours: As needed to meet demand of workload
- Pay: Per call
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The Navigator represents the first interaction with a member and must develop a relationship with that individual which embodies Ready Rebound's ideals of "people first".
- The Navigator must be committed to serving our members and using all means at their disposal to ensure that the member receives the best care through a Ready Rebound approved provider in an expedited manner.
- Must be capable of addressing injured Ready Rebound member's needs per needs of the company, which may include weekends and holidays.

Client Services Manager
This role will be responsible for managing all existing client accounts for Rebound. This shall include, but is not limited to, assist with identifying existing client new business leads, educating our clients on new products through calls, trainings, in-person visits, along with providing existing customers with exceptional
support. The Client Services Manager’s primary responsibility will be maintaining an ongoing level of engagement with active clients and ensure timely renewals. Monitoring of relationships through CRM
systems, specifically Salesforce, will be required as well. All of this will be accomplished while upholding
Rebound’s core values.

The program includes ViPerform Athletic Movement Index assessment (3D motion capture system), analyzes individuals’ results, and creates personalized training and education models to achieve results that is distributed via the My Rebound App. This position will be located in Atlanta, GA, or Nashville, TN.

Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO/Founder and is responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, professional and capable of a dynamic work flow that involves prioritizing tasks most effectively and efficiently. Ensures the highest quality standards that fall soundly within the Rebound mission statement.
This is a part time position; up to 20 hours per week
Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for CEO
- Maintain a busy professional calendar; efficiently update and communicate last minute schedule changes
- Scehedule and organize meetings, luncheons, and conference calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare trip logistics and maintain detailed itineraries

Navigator
Navigators are certified athletic trainers who triage injuries over our Rebound Hotline.
They are the first contact for our members and must strive to develop relationships that embody our ideal of “people first.”
This role requires a high degree of orthopedic knowledge to accurately assess injuries over the phone and, just as important, the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.

Lead Member Instructor
The mission of the Member Education Department is to give our clients a clear understanding of when and how to access our services with the goal of driving consistently appropriate utilization.
This is a part time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide quality instruction in a professional and ethical manner.
- Educate clients so that they understand the purpose and need for Rebound.
- Educate clients as to the process of "How Rebound Works."
- Educate clients in other benefits of Rebound & Vitality.
- Maintain training calendar, utilizing adjust trainers as needed, while meeting expected timelines in client onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain Rebound Ambassador program
- Develop and maintain training educational materials
- Recruit, train and supervise adjust training staff
- Travel, as needed and when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS
- Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an instructor
